This Size Sample Pack includes 12 sLUGS, 4 of each size: Standard in Black, Medium in Gray, and Small in White. This is a great place to start if you are unsure of which size to order, or have many different drum brands. You can use each of these samples to test fit different tension rods before buying your favorite color. We include 4 of each so you can cover the 4 lugs closest to your "rimshot area" on your snare.

After extensive measuring and testing, we've found that most drums use one of three sizes for tension rods. Here is some information to help you pick the right size. The short answer on sizing: most drums (including US/Europe) use Standard, and most drums from Asia (including budget kits, excluding high-end) use Medium, and modern Tama (2009+) which typically use Small.
