Return Policy

If there are any problems with your order or receive product that is damaged, please let us know ASAP and we will do our best to resolve the issue. You can email us at sluglocks@gmail.com for any questions or concerns relating to your order. 

We do our best to provide detailed information on the fit of each size, but cannot guarantee comparability as secondhand drums may have swapped tension rods, or drums from the same company may be produced in different regions that use different size tension rods. With that, said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and have a product that fits well.

If you are just not happy with the locks, or need to return for a different size, please note the following:

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The entire quantity of the pack must be returned to receive a full refund. If the package is returned with missing pieces, a partial refund may be ordered depending on the amount missing. 

  • Returned item must be approved for return and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

  • If you are returning because the fit is not quite right and would like to exchange for another size, please email us with the details of your purchase and requested new size. We will issue a refund and send the new items as soon as the original order is received. To expedite the process, you can place an order for the correct size you need and we will ship that order while waiting for the return order.
